In an amazing act of sophistry, President Barack Obama of the United States has called the recent North Korean nuclear test “a grave concern to all nations.” The hypocrisy of this speaker for the American labor aristocrat and “middle classes” (read: bourgeois and those who wish to become more bourgeois) is quite laughable on it’s face. The United States, through brutal imperialist intervention in other countries, has been a “grave concern to all nations” for quite sometime. This is why, like a two-bit gangster, U.S. Hegemonic Imperialism has traditionally and still does (in increasing quantity) subjugate foreign peoples through the most crude and brutal of techniques.

When the United States utilized biological weapons and germ warfare in the initial war to destroy Korea helmed by Kim Il Sung many years ago (a war which we underline that the U.S. lost in the end) the U.S. was certainly acting as a “grave concern to all nations.” Additionally, when the United States lowers the entire consciousness of it’s citizenry en masse into the most demonic levels by turning them into supporters of the most brutal forms of torture such as water-boarding, extreme humiliation, sexual molestation, genital mutilation, sensory deprivation and turning it’s sons and daughters into ready and willing racist, fascist automatons ready to trample upon the human dignity and freedom of anyone, anywhere that is certainly a “grave concern to all nations.”

Although pathetic attempts have already been made by “unknown officials,” specifically “U.S. administration officials” (being domestic operators we have never heard of such a broad and ill-defined officers as “U.S. administration officials” – which government branch exactly are they referring to?) to question the potency of the recent atomic explosion, verifiable sources in the Russian Defense Ministry have already stated that the weapon was at least between 10 to 20 kilotons – i.e. the same timbre of weapon that the United States utilized against Japan at the end of World War II. This information having been retained and duly noted, the United States should keep in mind that their intended “firm response” will be executed at their peril.

While obviously not condoning Al-Jazeera as a non-partisan news agency in this matter and certainly not supporting nor endorsing the various imperialist apologists featured within this news report, we are providing this for the edification and information of the readership. It includes interesting news clips from KCNA state television in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea as well as a brief translated transcript of the announcement broadcast in Songun Korea in commemoration of this event. Kim Jong Il, Mansei!

On behalf of the Central Committee of the Rural People’s Party and echoing the sentiments of all party cadre, we would like to heartily congratulate the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) which is sometimes referred to in the West as North Korea, on the successful underground nuclear test held on May 25th, 2009.

As reported by KCNA and published in excerpt format from Chinese news agency Xinhua (see below) the nuclear capability has been much increased from the last test.

From henceforth, the imperialist powers of the world, who exist by sapping the life from the internationalist proletariat and oppressing the world’s masses, cannot ignore that there is in fact an alternative to imperialism – there is in fact an advocate for those who desire independence instead of croneyism; freedom instead of slavery to capital built upon the blood of foreign wars and oppression of the developing world.

Now all shall know and see that communism is in fact as vibrant as ever and that the fall of the USSR was not the end of opposition to capitalism and imperialism. The beacon of a glorious Red Dawn for humankind still is seen upon the horizon. The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea shines now, brighter than ever, as the motherland of socialism and communism and let all know that aggression against the DPRK will be perpetrated at the peril of those same aggressors.

We shall be maintaining this media outlet with frequent updates concerning this test and international reaction appropriately. Additionally, we would encourage all supporters of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea to send congratulatory messages to the DPRK on the occasion of the test.

Send messages of congratulations to: and tell them the party sent you! All glories to the razor-sharp bayonet of Songun Politics! DEATH to Imperialism! – Central Committee; Rural People’s Party

May 25th, 2009 (Xinhua) – DPRK said Monday it has successfully conducted “one more” underground nuclear test. ┬ĚDPRK: test was “part of the measures to bolster up its nuclear deterrent for self-defence…” ┬ĚThe statement did not give any details about the test, including its location.

PYONGYANG, May 25 (Xinhua) — The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) said on Monday it has successfully conducted “one more” underground nuclear test earlier in the day.

In a statement released by the official news agency KCNA, the DPRK government said the test was “part of the measures to bolster up its nuclear deterrent for self-defence in every way as requested by its scientists and technicians.”

“The current nuclear test was safely conducted on a new higher level in terms of its explosive power and technology of its control and the results of the test helped satisfactorily settle the scientific and technological problems arising in further increasing the power of nuclear weapons and steadily developing nuclear technology,” the statement said.

But the brief statement did not give any details about the test, including its location.

The test came after the United Nations Security Council adopted a presidential statement in late April, condemning the April 5 rocket launch by the DPRK and demanding the country “not conduct any further launch.”

Pyongyang subsequently announced it was quitting the six-party talks on nuclear disarmament and would restart nuclear facilities in protest of the UN statement.

The DPRK conducted its first nuclear test in 2006.
